We believe that our team's in-depth subject insight and wisdom, together with sharp business acumen are key to our growth and success. We are a big Group, but we are also a small, friendly company, operating through great communication channels internally between our management teams and employees and externally to our clients.


Founder & Chairman

Giles Cadman is the Chairman and Founder of the Cadman Capital Group of Companies.

Giles has a wealth of experience in alternative asset classes, particularly property, aquaculture and wine.  He is an advocate of strict and transparent regulation and practices in all business sectors - particularly in the wine investment industry, and he was awarded the Vendangeur d’honneur at Mouton Rothschild for the millennium harvest. Giles is very active within the Group and leads from the front. He also strongly believes that entrepreneurs have to 'walk the talk' when it comes to preserving the environment, helping local communities and one another in business and in life.

Operations Director

Michael is the Operations Director of the Group. He has held senior positions with fine wine companies over two decades and has experience in wine trade logistics, purchasing and supply solutions, and wine investments.

He received an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University where he was a member of the Wine Society, and is fluent in four languages.  


Financial Director

Simon is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years experience. He joined the Cadman Capital Group in 2012 having held positions with KPMG and in the UK banking and retail sectors.  

He brings a wealth and variety of experience including investment appraisal, financial analysis and reporting under US and International GAAP.



Graham is the managing director of Portcullis (BVI) Ltd.  He attended the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School after graduating in law and business management from the University of the West Indies.  He has previously worked as inhouse legal counsel and compliance officer of trust companies and has held government appointments in the British Virgin Islands and Trinidad & Tobago.


General Manager - SHS

Dennis, along with Richard Land, co-founded Shellfish Hatchery Systems Ltd (SHS) in 2010, and worked closely together in research and development in the field of crustacean hatcheries.  He co-invented Aquahive, which has revolutionised lobster hatchery rearing. Dennis graduated from the University of London with an Honours degree in Botany and Zoology.


Chief Engineer - CSF

Richard is the General Manager at Caribbean Sustainable Fisheries (CSF).  His background is in the design of systems with a particular interest in how to incorporate the understanding of biology into engineering. Richard is the co-inventor and designer of the patented Aquahive system.


General Manager - CSF

Matthew is an aquaculture feeds specialist with 20 years industry experience with spiny lobsters.  He was previously part of an Australian research group that pioneered the production of spiny lobsters, and worked in Asia pioneering the world's largest spiny lobster aquaculture project.


General Manager - Golden West Wines

Paul is a wine professional with over 30 years experience in the industry, including the retailing, buying and evaluation of wine in the UK, USA and Hong Kong markets.  Very much a classicist at heart he has specialist knowledge of the fine wines of Bordeaux, Italy and California.
